The Jazz Ensemble is an extracurricular, auditioned group comprised of students in grades 9- 12 that performs at school and community events throughout the winter and spring. Students must be enrolled in Concert Band or Symphonic Winds to be eligible for the jazz ensemble. The only exception is for instruments that are not offered in the band class (bass, guitar, and piano). For these instruments, preference for placement in the group is given to students enrolled in one of the band classes.
